Nedim Fareloth is a Dark Elf warrior and Layman of the Tribunal Temple who can be found in his house in Necrom. He needs some help sobering up, as his neighbor Rilam Arelas and even his ancestors are fed up with his behavior.
For armor, he wears a pair of bonemold boots and bracers. For clothing, he wears a pair of common pants, and he wields a chitin longsword. Aside from his natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by his ancestors, he knows no spells.
His house is a bit of a mess, with broken bottles, shards of urns, and various items of armor strewn across the floor. The only things of note are a bottle of Cyrodiilic Brandy at the bottom of the open barrel to the left-hand side of the room, and there are three barrels of leveled drinks nearby.

If you are helping him look for his shirt:

- "Fine, let's get to the shrine. Rilam always thinks she knows best... once we're on the island at the center of the causeway, it's off the road a little bit to the north, overlooking the bay."
When you have lead him to the Shrine of Lovers:
- "Well, this is it. Yeah, Rilam is right, this actually is a good place to clear my head. Ha. Good memories here. Maybe I should stay, meditate a while... Get the ancestors off my back, if nothing else. Thanks."
After the quest is finished and he's back at his house:
- "Yeah, tidying up... I'll get 'round to it! Thanks for helping me out earlier."

- "Urgh. You're not Rilam... my--yeah, things are pretty bad this time. And can you hear that? Even the ancestors are ragging on me for this one. It's like being a scolded kid all over again. But--worse. Too many voices! Give me a minute, would you. Errgh." Goodbye
- "You keep saying my name like you know me or something. You been talking to Rilam? She's got a good heart, that one. And... but she's not nursing me this time, huh? Heh, that's fair. Guh, when even the ancestors are angry... she suggested taking a walk out down the causeway? That sounds like... effort. I'll need to put a shirt on or something... mine's around here somewhere... could you grab it for me?"
