Horse Racing was planned as a mechanic dating back to launch. Along with Spellcrafting, it was mentioned as upcoming in The Road Ahead and QuakeCon 2014, but is now presumed to be scrapped as it has not been mentioned in over a decade. You would have joined a faction known as the Black Horse Couriers to ride through a racecourse in every zone.
